What's the difference between day-of and month-of coordination?

Day-of coordination means we run your events on the day itself — managing vendors, timelines, and any surprises so you can be present. Month-of coordination starts four to six weeks earlier: we take over final confirmations, build your run-of-show, and handle vendor communication in the lead-up, then run the days themselves. For multi-day South Asian weddings, most couples choose month-of because there's simply too much to hand over in a single day.

Do I still need this if I planned everything myself (or in Shaadi Sheets)?

Yes — planning and executing are two different jobs. You can build the most detailed plan in the world, but on the day someone has to make it happen while you're getting ready, taking photos, and greeting hundreds of guests. In fact, the more organised your plan, the smoother our handoff — if it's already in Shaadi Sheets, we can pick it up in minutes.

Do we need to use Shaadi Sheets to book a coordination package?

No. Our coordination service is completely standalone — you can book it whether or not you use the Shaadi Sheets platform. If you do plan in Shaadi Sheets, the handoff is even faster because everything is already organised in one place, but it's never a requirement.

Do you coordinate all our events or just the wedding day?

Whatever you need. Our packages scale from a single signature event to full coordination across every function from Mehndi to Vidaai. Your quote is built around your specific event count, guest size, and number of days.

When should we book?

The earlier the better — the best dates book out months ahead. Month-of coordination formally begins four to six weeks before your first event, but we recommend securing your coordinator as soon as your date and venues are confirmed.

Do you work with our existing vendors?

Absolutely. We coordinate the vendors you've already chosen — caterer, decor, DJ, photographer, priest, transport, and more. If you'd like recommendations for anything still open, we're happy to help there too.

Do you serve areas outside the GTA?

We're currently focused on weddings in the Greater Toronto Area. If your celebration is just outside the GTA, inquire anyway — we'll let you know if we can accommodate you.
